Welcome to Our Office

At Omnialign Chiropractic & Wellness , we've created a healing environment that combines chiropractic, massage, weight loss, and health coaching. Our goal is to help you heal quickly, learn to keep yourself healthy long term, and give you a welcoming space you can rely on for your health journey.

We are Located at the North East corner of Elm Grove Rd and Bluemound Rd. We are in the large building (this is not an apartment complex!) on the opposite side of the street from Glass Nickel Pizza, and just west of Target and Trader Joes.

Once you have entered the property, there are two parking options.

1) Standard parking: Immediately turn right and park by the front door.

2) Wheelchair access: Drive straight and go under the building to find handicap parking and a ramp to the elevators

Once inside the building, turn left at the elevators and we are in suite 107 at the end of the hallway.
